Slim Line 1 Window Sizes
There are (9) different window sizes to choose from with the Slim Line 1 Clamping System. Each (3) piece window set comes with a Base Adapter window and (2) top clamping windows. One for thin fabrics and one for thicker stiffer material. All window sets quickly and easily install onto the chassis, no tools required.
The different window sizes make it easy to tailor the Slimline –1 to fit into any opening for optimum sewing.
Slim Line Clamping Systems are not packaged as sets so that the buyer can tailor the window size choices to suite their product sewing needs.
The 6.5×5.5 window is the most popular window size for first time clamp owners. The large sewing field make it popular for bigger designs and for left chest on heavy jackets.

4.5”x 4.5”
The 4.5×4.5 window works well in shallow pockets and along the edges of bags. It is also popular for straps, dog collars, name tags and karate belts

5.5”x 3.5”
The 5.5×3.5 window is a nice size for general logo work. It will fit into many pockets sizes and still allow for a generous work area. It is the perfect window for sewing on knit hats and Christmas stockings.

3.5”x 5.5”
The 3.5×5.5 window is deeper than it is wide. The longer window works well with long vertical logos and designs. Fits well into narrow pockets and sleeves.

2.5”x 4.5”
The 2.5”x 4.5” window is the smallest rectangular window for the Slim Line 1. It is used for small designs in tight places, like small purse pockets, glove backs, knit shirt pockets.

The 5.5” Round is can be used like a 13 cm round but it works best for the back of cap. The round shape fits the crown of the cap and allows for a large sewing field.
