The Brother PRCFH5 is a flat-brim cap frame that expands what you can embroider on your Brother multi-needle machine. This industry-first, scratch-free frame is engineered for flat-brim and structured caps, letting you stitch up to 35% closer to the brim — roughly 6–10mm depending on the hat — for designs that sit lower on the cap front than a standard cap frame allows. The smooth, scratch-free design protects the brim while holding the cap securely for clean, professional results.
Important: The PRCFH5 is the cap frame only. It's designed to be used with the hooping jig and driver from the PRCF5 Flat Brim Cap Frame & Driver Set, so you'll need the complete PRCF5 kit to use it. It's ideal as an additional/spare frame to speed up production (hoop one cap while another stitches) or to replace a frame.
Compatible Machines: Works with Brother PR-series multi-needle embroidery machines — including the PR650, PR650e, PR655, PR670E, PR680W, PR1000e, PR1050X, PR1055X and PRS100 (Persona) — in fact all PR models except the PR600 and PR600II.
