Quilted Jacket 4-Week Class/Project - Flowood
Description: Design your own quilted jacket while learning different quilting techniques and design patterns. We will create the fabric, design the pattern and cover techniques of fitting. Ideas: log cabin, disappearing 9 patch, paper piecing, flying geese, geometric shapes, squares, triangles, stripes, sewn together into blocks. Great way to use those scrap fabrics!
Supplies: Basic sewing supplies required (scissors, pins, seam ripper, pen, paper, needles, thread and ruler) and can be purchased at the store if needed. Please purchase supplies the day before or arrive early to do so. If bringing a machine, please ensure it is in good working order. If needing to use a classroom machine, please let the store know so we can have it prepared. Additional supply list will be emailed at time of registration.
